Welcome to Nybor Mystical Art

Here on my home page I feature one of my pictures and the story that goes with it.
They are many and varied. I sometimes think of the old radio show Naked City.
I think it went something like “There are eight million stories in the naked city.”
Well almost every picture I have ever done has a story, some strange, some humorous, some scary, and some emotional.
I hope you enjoy them.
They are all true.

Gaia is a primordial and and chthonic deity in the Ancient Greek pantheon and considered a Mother Goddess or Great Goddess. In more recent times she is seen as mother of the earth. Here the globe of Earth hangs in space- oceans and land masses spinning beneath cloud swirls. The aoreal light streams out at both poles. Her strong hands cradle the earth gently as her face, mournful and stern, shows above it. It is an ancient face, a primitive face. Her hair is both cloud and light. The tears well up in her eyes. One tear makes a path down her cheek. Look at her closely. Although her face is bending lovingly over the earth, she is looking directly at you. Clearly this is the Great Mother of all Life, mourning her dying Child, our Earth. What is her message for you?"caption="Gaia is a primordial and and chthonic deity in the Ancient Greek pantheon and considered a Mother Goddess or Great Goddess.
